The 5G-supported Moto G 5G and the budget Moto G9 Power are going to launch in India sometime this month.

As you may know, Motorola has recently released the Moto G9 Power and Moto G 5G in the European market with a starting price of around Rs. 17,600. Now, it seems like the two smartphones are coming to India soon as both of them have just been certified by BIS. spotted by tipster Sudhanshu, the Moto G 5G was certified with model number XT2113-3 while the Moto G9 Power was listed with model number XT2091-3. For now, their exact launch date is still unavailable, but we believe they will be launching very soon.
Moto G 5G: Specifications & Features
The handset features a 6.7-inch display with Full-HD+ (2,400 x 1,080p) resolution and HDR10 support. Powering the phone is the new Snapdragon 750G SoC, with 5G support. The handset only comes in several memory configurations with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It is pre-installed with Android 10 OS to take care of the software side of things. Under the hood, the G 5G packs a beefy 5,000 mAh battery that supports up to 20W fast charging.
Around the back, you can see a fingerprint reader for biometrics security and a triple camera lens setup for photography. The setup consists of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2MP lens for macro shots. You can also take selfies or video call with the 16MP front-facing camera. Under the hood, it houses a 5,000 mAh battery that supports charging at 20W. The handset is IP52 certified for dust protection. Its connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.1, 5G connectivity, NFC, headphone jack, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, and USB-C port.

The Moto G9 Power rocks a 6.78-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution. Powering the phone is a mid-range Snapdragon 662 chipset, aided by 4GB of RAM and 128 of storage (expandable). For photography, Motorola equips a triple-camera system at the back of this phone, that includes a 64MP main sensor, a 2MP portrait camera, and a 2MP macro camera. There is also a 16MP camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Under the hood, the handset is fueled by an even beefier 6,000 mAh battery that supports the same 20W fast charging as the Moto G 5G. Finally, the G9 Power only supports standard connectivity options like 4G LTE (not 5G like the G 5G), Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, Wi-Fi, and GPs. Finally, it runs on Android 10 to take care of the software side of things.
