Motorola, which was acquired by Lenovo in 2014, will mostly like to release two new phones in its mid-range phone series and they are Moto G7 and Moto G7 Plus. These two phones are rumored to be released in sometime 2019. Even the flagship Moto Z4, which will probably launch on 22 Jan 2019, is expected to be more successful than its predecessor, Moto Z3.
Even though there is still a while before these Motorola smartphones officially revealed, new leaked details already been around which reveal several major details around those phones. One of the key highlights of the leak suggests that the upcoming Moto Z4 will likely feature the upcoming flagship chipset Snapdragon 8150 SoC, not an older one. This is mostly due to the fact that the current Moto Z3 is powered by a pretty outdated Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC.
Besides that, Andri Yatim, a reputed tipster, said that the Moto G7 will sport a Snapdragon 660 SoC along with 4GB RAM and also 32GB internal storage. And the Moto G7 Plus is expected to sport one of the chipsets from Snapdragon 700 series. The SoC will go with 4/6GB of RAM plus 64GB of inbuilt storage.
Finally, the flagship of Motorola, Moto Z4, is rumored to sport the upcoming flagship chipset Snapdragon 8150 SoC along with 6GB of RAM and 64/128GB inbuilt storage. There aren’t further details on whether the storages of these three phones are expandable via Micro-SD slot or not.
Renders of both the Moto G7 and G7 Plus have just been leaked early this month which suggest that they will have a waterdrop-shaped notch along with a dual rear camera setup. Even though it has a small notch on the top, its bottom chin is pretty big and will feature the logo of Motorola.
