Motorola has just announced two new smartphones in the Indian market, the Moto G10 Power and Moto G30. While the former is similar to the Moto G10 that was announced in Europe in February with a slightly bigger 6,000 mAh battery and 20W fast charging support in comparison to the 5,000 mAh cell and slow 10W charging. Both smartphones are IP52-certified for water-repellent. They also come with Motorola’s new ‘ThinkShield’ for mobile, which is a proprietary technology that is claimed to deliver four-layers of security, protecting users’ personal data from phishing, malware, and other threats.
Moto G30 & G10 Power: Price in India & Availability
The Moto G10 Power price in India is Rs. 9,999 for the single variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. You can purchase the phone from March 16 via Flipkart in Breeze Blue and Aurora Grey color variants.
As for the Moto G30, it will be priced at Rs. 10,999 for the same 4GB RAM + 64GB storage option. The device will be up for sales via Flipkart from March 17 in Pastel Sky and Dark Pearl color variants.
Moto G30: Specifications & Features
The device rocks a 6.5-inch display with HD+ (720 x 1,600p) resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a dewdrop notch for the single selfie camera. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 662 chipset, aided by an Adreno 610 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage (expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card). It runs on Android 11 out of the box with a near-stock experience and comes with a beefy 5,000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging technology.
The Moto G30 gets a quad-camera lens setup on the rear, consisting of a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera with a 118-degree viewing angle, and two 2MP lenses for macro and portrait shots. They support multiple camera features like panorama, HDR, smart composition, burst shot, spot color, auto smile capture, live filter, cinemagraph, high-res zoom, auto smile capture, and RAW photo output. There is also a single 13MP camera on the front for picturing selfies or video calling and a rear-mounted fingerprint reader for biometrics security.

On the front, the G10 Power is wrapped by the same 6.5” HD+ display with 720 x 1,600p resolution, a dewdrop notch for a selfie camera, and a 60Hz refresh rate. The device draws power from a Snapdragon 460 chipset with an Adreno 610 GPU, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage (expandable). It boots Android 11 out of the box and packs a massive 6,000 mAh battery with 20W fast charging support. There is also a fingerprint reader mounted at the back of this phone for biometrics security.
As for photography, Motorola offers a quad-camera system on the rear of the G10 Power, including a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter with a 118-degree viewing angle, and two 2MP units for taking macro and portrait photos. It gets a single 8MP selfie camera on the front.
