iQOO Neo New Variant With 4GB RAM Listed On TENAA

The gaming-centric iQOO Neo will likely be available in a new variant as a new model of the phone was spotted on TENAA with 4GB of RAM.

Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO might be planning to launch a new variant for the iQOO Neo in the coming time. The phone was initially launched with four memory configurations, including 6GB of RAM + 64GB storage, 6GB of RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 64GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Now, it seems like there will be one more variant in the recent future. A new variant of the phone with 4GB of RAM has been listed on China’s TENAA with model number V1914T. This model will likely pack 64GB of storage and come with a lower price tag than the 6GB of RAM variant, which is currently retailed at CNY 1,798 (around Rs. 18,000).

The Vivo iQOO sports a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED panel with a Helo notch for housing a selfie camera. Security-wise, it features a fingerprint reader embedded under its display. Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 845 processor ticking at its core, paired with 4/6/8GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage. It also comes with a 4D Game Shock 2.0 tech which is an upgraded version of Vivo’s in-game vibration technology. It is also equipped with Super Liquid Cooling tech for better thermal management and a few gaming turbo modes for better gaming performance.

On the camera front, it features a triple camera setup on the rear, including a 12MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. For taking selfies & video calling, it is equipped with a 12MP camera on the front. In terms of software, the iQOO Neo ships with Android 9 Pie with the company’s FunTouchOS 9 on top. Its connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, NFC, USB-C port, A-GPS with GLONASS, and Bluetooth 5.0. Finally, the whole setup is fueled by a beefy 4,500 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support.
