Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has just confirmed to announce the Vivo iQOO Neo 3 5G on 23rd April at a launch event in China. The brand has also revealed that the handset will come with some top-end specifications such as a 144Hz display and a Snapdragon 865 chipset. With these specs, the handset will be certainly more premium than the iQOO 3, which launched in India in February. The device will also feature a punch-hole design, a quad camera cluster at the back, and multiple gaming features.
iQOO Neo 3 5G: Specifications
Just like the iQOO 3, this upcoming phone will also be a gaming-focused smartphone with a massive 144Hz refresh rate. The phone will be driven by the Snapdragon 865 chipset with dual-mode 5G support and UFS 3.1 internal storage. We also expect the device to pack LPDDR5 RAM, 4G Game Vibration, and Monster Touch Buttons features, which are available on the iQOO 3. The 4D vibration feature is claimed to offer excellent gaming experience while the Monster Touch Buttons are pressure-sensitive buttons to help gamers achieve fast multi-finger operations while playing games.
On the front, the device could rock a large 6.6-inch display with the punch-hole design, which is slightly bigger than the 6.4-inch display of the iQOO 3. For photography, it will reportedly sport a quad-camera setup on the rear, including a 48MP main sensor, a telephoto lens, a macro camera, and an ultra-wide-angle shooter. These are all the details we’ve got at the moment. For now, the vendor only confirms the phone’s launch date in China. However, the iQOO Neo 3 5G release date in India should not be too far away.
