The 2019 iPhone prototype’s renders have surfaced online, which are absolutely different from other leaked renders a few days ago. According to new leaked images, the 2019 iPhone will most likely be called iPhone XI and features a triple-lens camera setup. The renders were posted by @OnLeaks and CompareRaja. This next iPhone is expected to feature a horizontal camera setup placed at the center instead of a triangular camera cluster at the upper-right corner. The renders also show that the iPhone XI does not have the LED flash.

In addition, the 2019 iPhone could retain a similar front body like the current iPhone but will have a smaller notch with a bezel-less display. The cut-out seems to be smaller than its previous iPhones, which offers wider screen surface area than other current iPhones. It is possible due to its new behind-the-screen Face ID although Apple has not confirmed this feature in its next iPhone. The latest renders also reveal this 2019 iPhone’s design. In particular, the handset will have more-curved rear edges compared to the previous iPhones. But, there are also several similar elements like the power button placed on the phone’s left side, an alert slider and volume rocker on the right spine, and glass on both the front and back of the handset.

It is worth mentioning that the previous iPhone XI’s renders also published by @OnLeaks, but it said that:

The statement means that the renders of the next iPhone model are not different from the previous renders a week ago. And these images are the designs that Apple is testing with. Either or both of render sets is likely to be scrapped for supporting another new one.

Apple is facing difficulties in its revenue of 2018 iPhone models including the iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, and iPhone XS, according to the relevant news. The company had mediocre results in many countries, including India. Counterpoint’s newly-released market research shows that the demand for iPhones declined by 50% compared to the figures in 2017, resulting in the lowest market share of only 1.2% for five years in the country. Apple actually hopes very much on its 2019 iPhone models which will most likely be available in September.
