The Hong Kong-based smartphone maker Infinix announced the Infinix S5 in October last year with an Helio P22 chipset, punch-hole display, and quad rear cameras. Now, the brand released a Pro model called Infinix S5 Pro in India. Instead of the punch-hole display, the S5 Pro comes with a pop-up selfie camera, a more power Helio P35 chipset, and triple rear cameras.
Infinix S5 Pro: Price in India & Availability
The handset is offered at Rs. 9,999 in India in Forest Green and Violet colour variants. You can purchase the handset via Flipkart from 13 March.
Infinix S5 Pro: Specifications & Features
On the front, the Infinix S5 Pro rocks a 6.53-inch display with FHD+ resolution, a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, and 394ppi pixel density. Thanks to the pop-up selfie camera design, the S5 Pro has a full-screen display and thin bezels on the sides, which is pretty impressive for a budget smartphone with a price tag of only Rs. 9,999.
At the helm, it gets an Helio P35 octa-core chipset, aided by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage (expandable up to 256GB via a dedicated microSD card slot). The phone is pre-loaded with Android 10-based XOS 6.0 to take care of the software side of things. For security, it is equipped with a fingerprint sensor at the back while there is a 4,000 mAh battery under the hood that supports 10W charging standard via a micro-USB port.
In terms of camera, it gets a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls on the front and it is placed on a pop-up module. At the back, there are a total of three cameras, which are a 48MP primary sensor, a low-light sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
