Infinix S5 Lite Unveiled In India With Helio P22 & 6.6-Inch Hole-Punch Display

The Infinix S5 Lite is the latest addition to Infinix’s mobile portfolio in India. The device arrives with a punch-hole display and a triple camera cluster on the rear. It is claimed to be integrated with AI, which is claimed to manage the device’s core functions like power management, performance, and camera. It is also packed with a fingerprint reader at the back and Android 9 Pie.
Infinix S5 Lite: Price
The Infinix S5 Lite is priced at Rs. 7,999 in India and it is offered in Violet, Quetzal cyan, and Midnight Black hues. You can purchase the handset via e-commerce giant Flipkart.
Infinix S5 Lite: Specifications & Features
The handset comes with a 6.6-inch hole-punch display with HD+ resolution. The brand calls it Super Cinema display suggesting that the handset is great for media consumption. The display has an aspect ratio of 20:9, eye-care mode, and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.5. Powering the device is an Helio P22 octa-core SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM + 64GB of storage that can be expanded with a microSD card. It comes pre-installed with Android 9 Pie OS and the company’s XOS 5.5 interface to take care of the software side of things.
For photography, the brand packs it with a triple camera cluster at the back, including a 16MP main sensor, a sensor dedicated to low-light photography, and a 2MP depth-sensing camera. The cameras are backed by Google Lens and Bokeh mode. Upfront, it has a 16MP shooter housed in the small cut-out on the display for taking selfies and video calls. The selfie camera supports AI 3D face beauty, WideSelfie, and AI portrait. At the back, it is equipped with a fingerprint reader for biometric security. Under the hood, there is a 4,000 mAh battery cell to fuel the device. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB port, dual VoLTE, and GPS.
