As previously teased, the China-based Infinix has added a new addition to its smartphone portfolio in India with the Infinix S4. This latest handset is launched as one of the cheapest devices to pack a triple rear camera setup and a 32MP selfie shooter. It already made its debut in Nigeria and several other markets earlier.
Infinix S4: Price
As mentioned, it is one of the most affordable devices that have triple rear cameras and 32MP selfie camera. Its price in the Indian market is set at Rs. 8,999, and the phone will go on sale exclusively via Flipkart from 28 May. There will be three color variants for you to choose, including Space Gray, Twilight Purple, and Nebula Blue.
Infinix S4: Specs & Features
The handset comes with an edge-to-edge 6.21-inch IPS TFT panel with an HD+ resolution and a dewdrop notch. At the back, it has a plastic rear panel and a gradient glossy finish. Powering the device is an Helio P22 octa-core processor, paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. For biometric security, there is a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear.

In terms of camera, the S4 features a triple rear camera system, including a 13MP main sensor, a secondary 8MP camera, and a third 2MP snapper. It is said to be able to record Full-HD videos @30fps. For selfies, Infinix goes for a 32MP selfie camera housed on the water-drop notch.
In terms of software, it ships with Android 9.0 Pie at launch with Infinix’s XOS v5.0 on top. Its connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual SIM support, Bluetooth, GPS, and GPS. Finally, the device is fueled by a large 4,000 mAh battery which is claimed to last for up to 26 days of standby time with 4G network turned on.

The company also announced the Infinix X Band 3 which can monitor your blood pressure, heart rate, activity, sleep, calories intake, step counting, running, and Oxygen levels, and more. It is priced at Rs. 1,599 and goes on sale from 14 June.
