Hong Kong-based phone producer Infinix has just launched the Infinix Hot 7 in India just a few days ago. The handset is an entry-level offering that packs an HD+ display, an Helio P25 SoC, two rear cameras and two selfie cameras for a very affordable price tag of Rs. 7,999. Now, the brand announced another handset called Infinix Note 6. It is a more expensive model compared to the Hot 7 with a triple rear camera setup, FHD+ AMOLED display, and a stylus pen.
Infinix Note 6: Price
The handset is already available for purchase in several countries in Africa for a price tag of around $200 (Rs. 13,700). The brand hasn't mentioned whether it will bring the phone to India or other markets.
It comes in Mocha Brown, Aqua Blue, and Midnight Black color variants. The Aqua Blue variant is equipped with a gold-coloured power key.
Infinix Note 6: Specifications
The device sports a 6.01-inch Always-On AMOLED panel with FHD+ (1,080 x 2,160p) resolution and an 18:9 aspect ratio. It boots Android 9 Pie out of the box with the company's XOS 5.0 atop. Powering the handset is an Helio P35 octa-core processor, accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage via a dedicated microSD card slot. For biometric authentication, it features a fingerprint reader mounted at the back.
In terms of camera, it features a 16MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor at the back. Upfront, there is a 16MP camera for selfies & video chats. Completing the specs list is a 4,000 mAh battery that is charged via a micro-USB 2.0 port.
As mentioned, the Note 6 is also included with a stylus pen dubbed 'X Pen', which allows users to "create immersive sketches or notes in any space within reach" with AR and AI. In addition, users can also use this stylus pen to measure the objects in the real world with the "AR Measure" feature.
