Infinix Hot S5 might arrive in India very soon as the phone has just been spotted on Google Play Console, along with several specs and one photo of the phone's front. According to the listing, the Infinix Hot S5 will feature a hole-punch design, and the cut-out will be located on the left side of the display, similar to that of the Vivo Z1 Pro. The display will bear a resolution of 1,600 x 720p and a screen density of 320DPI. Powering the phone will be an Helio P22 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM. Android 9 Pie is also available on the phone, which is expected for a smartphone these days. As for design, you can see that the power button and the volume rocker are placed on the left side. Moreover, it still has relatively thick bezels on both sides and a sizeable chin at the bottom.

In addition, the Hot S5 could feature a polycarbonate build and a glossy gradient finish. Considering the fact that its specs fall in the low-end segment, the handset might be positioned in the budget segment and takes on the likes of Realme 3i and Redmi 8A. Sadly, the Google Play Console listing doesn't give us details regarding its memory configuration, battery capacity, cameras, display size, pricing, or a release date. They should be available in several weeks.

The last phone that Infinix launched in the country was the Infinix Hot 8. The handset boasts a 6.52-inch display with HD+ resolution and a hole punch for a selfie camera. Giving the phone power is an Helio P22 octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. It comes preloaded with Android 9 Pie out of the box with XOS 5.0 on top. In terms of camera, there is a triple camera system at the back of the phone, which includes a 13MP main sensor, a 2MP shooter, and a low-light sensor with an LED flash. On the front, it comes with an 8MP shooter for selfies. Finally, it features a fingerprint reader for biometric security and a 5,000 mAh battery.
