Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S20 series on February 11, but this is not the only flagship launched this quarter. Besides Samsung, Huawei will also launch the P40 series in the near future, although the specific launch date has not been disclosed. Recently, a photo of the alleged Huawei P40 Pro has been leaked online.

Looking at the live image, it can be seen that Huawei P40 Pro will use the punch-hole design with a cut-out in the upper left corner of the screen to accommodate the dual selfie camera cluster. The device's screen is also curved on the sides like the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, but the render shows that the P40 Pro will have physical buttons on the right side, instead of the virtual button like the Mate 30 Pro.
The upcoming Huawei P40 series will include the standard Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Premium Edition. In addition, the Chinese manufacturer may also introduce a mid-range smartphone model in this product line called Huawei P40 Lite.

Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Premium Edition will be powered by Kirin 990 / Kirin 990 5G processors. The Pro version is expected to have an OLED screen with QHD + resolution and an under-display fingerprint reader. Besides, it also has five cameras on the back with a periscope lens for optical zoom.
The Huawei P40 Pro is also rumored to come with a massive 5,500mAh battery, support for wired fast charging and wireless fast charging. A series of previously leaked press renders show the phone will be available in five color options - Black, Ice White, Blush Gold, Silver Frost, and Deep Sea Blue.
