Huawei P Smart Z Tipped To Come To India Soon

Huawei P Smart Z with a pop-up selfie camera and Kirin 710 SoC now goes official via Amazon Italy and it is expected to come to India soon.

On May 9, Huawei P Smart Z was officially launched in Italy and Spain. A credible source in the smartphone industry has stated that Huawei is scheduled to soon release the Huawei P Smart Z in India. That small piece of information is all we have right now, but more detailed information is expected to be revealed in the upcoming weeks. This upcoming phone is Huawei's first handset to feature a pop-up front camera and it is equipped with the Kirin 710 SoC.

In terms of the specs, Huawei P Smart Z features a 6.5 '' full-HD+ LCD capacitive touchscreen (2,340 x 1,080p) resolution and a 19.5:9 ratio. The pop-up front camera design gives the phone an all-screen display. The Huawei P Smart Z is equipped with the HiSilicon Kirin 710 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 512GB. The smartphone boots Huawei's EMUI 9.0 based on the Android 9 Pie OS. The phone's dimensions are 163.5 x 77.3 x 8.8 mm and weigh 196.8 g.

As for the camera system, Huawei P Smart Z is equipped with a 16MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth unit. On the phone, there is a 16MP pop-up selfie camera. For biometric security, Huawei goes for a fingerprint scanner on the back. Powering the phone will be a large 4,000 mAh battery. Other features include Bluetooth 5.0, 4G LTE, USB Type C, Wifi.
Users can choose to buy the phone among three colour options with a dual tone design similar to the original Pixel. The three color variants are Black, Green, and Blue. The handset is currently priced at 279 EUR (around Rs. 21,800) on Amazon Italy's website and we expect that the handset will come with a similar price tag in the Indian market.
