Huawei P Smart (2019) With Dual Rear Cameras, Kirin 710 SoC Launched

Huawei just announced its mid-range smartphone, the Huawei P Smart (2019) in the UK. Some highlights of this phone include a big screen, mid-range HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC, 3,400 mAh battery and Android 9 Pie-based UI. For now, the Chinese phone maker has not revealed any plan for launching this phone in other markets.
Huawei P Smart (2019): Specifications
The Huawei mid-range phone will sport a 6.21-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9, 1080x2340 pixels resolution and a water-drop notch. This Huawei phone is expected to come with a HiSilicon Kirin 710 SoC, coupled with 3GB RAM/32GB of storage which is expandable up o 512GB via a microSD slot. There are also a headphone jack, a microSD slot, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
In terms of camera, the phone will feature a dual rear camera system, comprising of 13MP and 2MP sensors. On the front, there will be an 8MP selfie camera. Huawei also claims that it included a feature that can reduce the eye strain at night and it’s called Eye Comfort Mode. The phone will be backed with a 3,400 mAh battery and run Android 9 Pie-based EMUI 9.0 out of the box.
The Chinese phone producer has just had a great run this year, and recently it even achieved the gold of reaching more than 200 million devices sold in 2018. Besides the impressive sales figure, Huawei also released a couple of new phones in this last month of the year. The Honor View 20 and Huawei Nova 4 are the most notable ones, with the Honor View 20 being one of the earliest phones to feature an in-display camera design.
Huawei P Smart (2019): Price
Huawei has not revealed the pricing for its Huawei P Smart (2019) in the launch event in the UK, but it did say that this mid-range smartphone will be up for sale in the UK from 11 January 2019. The phone will be provided via some UK carriers such as Vodafone, Three, EE, and O2. Consumers can also buy this Huawei smartphone via Carphone Warehouse.
The phone will come in three color variants, including Aurora Blue, Midnight Black, and Turquoise Blue. Previous leaks suggested that this handset might come at a price of about 249 EUR (approx. Rs. 20,300), but it is just speculation, so it is better to take it with a grain of salt and wait until 11 January to find out the official price tag of the P Smart (2019).
