Huawei Nova 5Z With Quad Rear Cameras, Hole-Punch Display Launched

In China, Huawei has announced its Nova 5z as a cheaper variant of the Huawei Nova 5i Pro, which was launched earlier in 2019. The newly launched Nova series smartphone model enters with a punch-hole screen design, and it also comes with a quad rear camera module. The smartphone gets the gradient finish at the back panel. And the phone comes with Huawei's Ark Compiler, which is said to provide better app performance. It's powered by a 7nm octa-core HiSilicon Kirin processor. The company claimed that this processor offers 80% more CPU performance than the previous one. The phone also gets some picture enhancing features or modes like 'AI Beauty' mode to attract young people.
Huawei Nova 5Z: Price
In China, Huawei Nova 5z selling price is CNY 1,599 (nearly INR 16,000) for the variant with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB onboard storage. And its 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant costs at CNY 1,799 (nearly INR 18,000). Pre-bookings are available for both the variants in China, and you can also book the phone via VMall. Nova 5z is available in three different colour shades - Green, Black, and Blue. Further, the company not yet revealed any details regarding the Novo 5z worldwide launch. Earlier Huawei has launched its Novo 5i Pro in China at the starting price of CNY 2,199 (nearly INR 22,000)
Huawei Nova 5Z: Features and Specifications
Huawei Nova 5z comes with the connectivity of dual-SIM (Nano), and it gets the Android 9 Pie with the Huawei's own EMUI 9.1 on the top. It sports a 6.26" FHD+ display with the resolution of 1080x2340 px and with the aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and comes with DCI-P3 wide colour gamut. It is powered by octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 810 chipset, coupled with up to 8 GB of RAM
For photography, phone gets a quad rear camera module, which includes a 48 MP main camera with an aperture of f/1.8, a secondary 8 MP wide-angle camera. For depth sensing and macro photography, it gets 2 MP selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0. The phone comes with a 32 MP selfie lens with an aperture of f/2.0.
You can easily expand the storage of 128 GB up to 256 GB via a dedicated microSD card. For connectivity option, phone gets 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type-C port and GPS/ A-GPS. The phone also comes with many sensors such as ambient light, accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and magnetometer. And at the back, the phone gets a fingerprint scanner.
