Huawei Mate 30 & Mate 30 Pro Launched in China, Price Starts At Rs. 39,500

The Huawei Mate 30 series finally goes on sale in Huawei's home market at a starting price of Rs. 39,500.

Not long after the Huawei Mate 30 series were announced globally, the handset now arrives at Huawei’s home market, China. The official prices of the new lineup in China is lower than the global prices. However, that is not really a surprise at all.
Huawei Mate 30 & Mate 30 Pro: Price
The Huawei Mate 30 4G is retailed at RMB 3,999 (around Rs. 39,500) for the 6GB RAM / 128GB storage variant. You can get the higher variant with 2GB more RAM for a price of RMB 4,299 (around Rs. 42,500).
As for the Mate 30 5G, its price starts at RMB 4,999 (around Rs. 49,500) for the 8GB RAM / 128GB storage and goes up to RMB 5,499 (around Rs. 54,400) if you want to get more storage (256GB).
Moving to the Pro model, its 4G version costs RMB 5,799 (around Rs. 57,300) with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. RMB 6,299 (around Rs. 62,300) is the price of the 8GB RAM / 256GB model.
The Mate 30 Pro 5G is retailed at RMB 6,899 (around Rs. 68,200) for the 8GB RAM / 256GB storage and RMB 7,899 (around Rs. 78,100) for the 8GB RAM / 512GB storage version.
Finally, the Mate 30 RS is the most premium in the lineup and it is available in a single variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The device is offered at a massive price tag of RMB 12,999 (around Rs. 1,28,600)
The 4G variants are already available at multiple retailers in China, including JD.com and the company's VMall store.
Huawei Mate 30 & Mate 30 Pro: Specifications
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro comes with a 6.53-inch OLED panel with FHD+ resolution and a layer of Gorilla Glass 6. Powering the phone is a Kirin 990 SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage. In terms of camera, the device is packed with a quad camera setup, including a 40MP main sensor with f/1.6 aperture, an 8MP telephoto lens, a 40MP ultra-wide camera, and a 3D ToF camera. For selfies and video chats, there is a 32MP camera on the front alongside a 3D ToF camera. Keeping the phone up and running is a 4,200 mAh battery that can be charged with 40W fast charging solution or 27W fast wireless charging technology.
