Honor 8X Hits Over 10 Million Unit Shipments Worldwide

Honor has managed to sell more than 10 million units of the Honor 8X in the global market since its first launched in October last year.

Honor has confirmed it has shipped more than 10 million entry-level Honor 8X phones worldwide. It is known that Honor introduced this handset last October. One of this smartphone's outstanding features is the 2.5D double texture aurora glass body with the grating effect. Additionally, the device is powered by an in-house octa-core Kirin 710 SoC of Huawei.

The Honor 8X sports a 6.5-inch screen with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and a 1080x2340-pixel resolution and it is protected by the Gorilla Glass 3. As for the imaging capacity, the device comes with a dual rear camera setup comprising of 20MP + 2MP sensors. On the front, the handset features a 16MP selfie shooter for taking selfies with AI mode to enhance image quality.
In addition, the SoC is available in two variants: 4GB or 6GB RAM / 64GB or 128GB internal storage, which is expandable up to 400GB via a microSD slot. Powering the handset is a battery having the capacity of 3,750mAH. And it runs on the EMUI 8.2 which is based on the dated Android 8.1 Oreo.
Honor 8X has Red, Pink, Blue, and Black color options
Honor 8X has four color options including Red, Pink, Blue, and Black. Connectivity options comprise Bluetooth, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, micro USB 2.0, GLONASS, A-GPS, and Wifi. The onboard sensors include gyro, accelerometer, proximity, fingerprint sensor, and compass.
