Honor 10 Lite New Variant With 3GB RAM Announced In India

Honor 10 Lite was the firstly launched by Huawei’s sub-brand Honor in the Indian market back in January. The company offered a total of two configurations at that time, including a base option with 4GB of RAM/64GB of internal storage and 6GB of RAM/128GB of internal storage variant. They are priced at Rs. 13,999 and Rs. 17,999, respectively. Even though they were priced reasonably for what they offered, it is hard to compete against some new releases like the two new Redmi Note 7 and 7 Pro that have caught tremendous attention in Indian and global market as well.
As an attempt to attract more consumers who are looking for a new phone in the sub-Rs. 15,000 price range, it just announced another option for the Honor 10 Lite with 3GB of RAM/32GB of storage in the country.
The latest 3GB RAM model of the budget Honor 10 Lite costs Rs. 11,999 which is Rs. 2,000 cheaper compared to that of the 4GB of RAM option. It comes in a total of two colour variants which are Sapphire Blue and Midnight Black. It is up for sale via Honor’s website or Flipkart
Honor 10 Lite: Specifications & Features
As it is just a new variant with a change in the memory configuration, the rest of the specifications and other aspects of this model is the same as the previous offerings. The only difference are its 3GB RAM as well as 32GB of internal storage which is expandable via a microSD slot.
To recall, the phone packs a quad-core Kirin 710 SoC built on the 12nm process and a Mali G51 GPU. It also comes with GPU Turbo 2.0 made by Huawei as well as Huawei’s EMUI 9.0 which is based on the latest Android 9.0 Pie.
Up front, it sports a 6.21-inch LCD display with a 2,340 x 1,080p resolution and a water-drop on top housing a selfie camera. Powering the handset is a decent 3,400mAh cell.
On the camera front, the budget Honor phone sports a dual rear camera system, including a 13MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP secondary depth sensor. There is also a 24MP selfie camera on the front with an f/2.0 lens. It also has AI scene recognition features to support the cameras.
