We have got a lot of information about the Google Pixel 4a - Google's upcoming mid-range smartphone, which has been leaked online. Recently, a YouTube channel called TechnoLike Plus has suddenly shared a Google Pixel 4a hands-on video, which shows an overview of the design, and also reveals the specifications of the device ahead of the official launch.
Google Pixel 4a: Design
The Pixel 4a in the recently-leaked hand video is the Black version. Like its predecessor, it also has a back made of polycarbonate plastic. The device uses the punch-hole screen design with a cut-out in the top left corner to accommodate the selfie camera, in addition to the much thinner bezels than that of the Pixel 3a.
Moving to the back, the Pixel 4a is equipped with a single camera with LED flash, mounted in a rectangular module just like the Google Pixel 4 and 4 XL duo. It has a fingerprint sensor on the back as well as a white-accented power key, and volume rocker on the left side. Meanwhile, the top edge has a 3.5mm headphone jack, while the bottom edge houses the USB Type-C port.
Google Pixel 4a: Specifications
In terms of specifications, Pixel 4a will be equipped with a 5.81-inch screen, supporting Full HD + resolution (1080 x 2340 pixels). The phone will use Qualcomm's mid-range Snapdragon 730 processor, has 6GB of RAM (more than 2GB RAM on Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL) and only 64GB of internal memory.
In terms of imaging capabilities, the Pixel 4a will have a 12MP single camera on the back and support 4K video recording. Meanwhile, the selfie camera of the device has the same 8MP resolution as its predecessor but is added with an anti-shake feature when recording videos.
Surprisingly, the Pixel 4a will support 2 SIMs, unlike the Pixel 3a which only has a single SIM slot. The device comes with Android 10 pre-installed out of the box, a 3080mAh battery, which is slightly increased compared to the Pixel 3's 3000mAh battery.
Google Pixel 4a: Price
According to the source sharing the hands-on video, Google Pixel 4a will be sold in Cuba for 500 CUP (around Rs. 37,000). Since the Google I / O 2020 event has been officially canceled, Google may launch the Pixel 4a earlier than expected through a special online-only event.
