The Galaxy Note 10 Lite is expected to arrive in around a month. However, all the official specifications of this smartphone have been revealed by WinFuture. It seems like the Galaxy Note 10 Lite will be less powerful than the Galaxy S10 Lite.
Note 9 in the skin of Galaxy Note 10 Lite
Reinforcing the previous rumors about the new Galaxy Note9 being repackaged, the spec sheet shows that it is equipped with Exynos 9810 chipset along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. With these specs, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite and Galaxy Note 9 should be at the same performance level.
Its hardware configuration is similar to the Galaxy Note 9. In addition, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite also comes with a memory card slot expandable to 512GB and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Like recent Samsung devices, Galaxy Note 10 Lite will ship with Android 10 and One UI 2.0 interface. The software comes with a large battery of up to 4,500 mAh, which supports 25W fast charging but no wireless charging.
Along with the Galaxy Note 9 configuration is the Galaxy Note 10's frame with a 6.7-inch Infinity-O screen that features a punch-hole in the middle for the selfie camera. The display panel remains Samsung's favorite AMOLED technology but is flattened instead of the curved edges commonly found on the company's recent flagships. The screen resolution is also slightly lower than the standard Note 10 as it supports only Full-HD + (2400x1080p) resolution and a pixel density of 398 ppi.
Even though it is Note 10 Lite, Samsung did not forget to equip the Note-exclusive pen. Other notable features include an in-screen fingerprint scanner and 4G LTE supports.
Camera Details
The most unique features of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite come from the back that seems to be made of plastic. This is also the place where the square camera module is placed with three camera sensors and an LED flash.
Initial rumors said the device would come with a 48MP main camera, but in fact, Samsung chose the main camera with a higher-quality 12MP sensor, with f / 1.7 aperture and support for autofocus technology and phase-detection autofocus.
This module also has another 12MP camera, it is an ultra-wide-angle lens with f / 2.2 aperture. Finally, there is a 12MP sensor with a telephoto lens, supporting 2x optical zoom and it helps to bridge the gap between the Note Lite series and the standard version flagship. On the front, it will get a 32MP selfie camera for taking selfies and calling video.
With the above specifications, Galaxy Note 10 Lite will probably support 4K movie recording at 60fps. Besides, just like the Galaxy S9, Super Slow Motion Mode will probably be available on this device.
Price & Availability
The Galaxy Note 10 Lite is expected to officially launch in mid-January, which is in a similar time frame to the slightly more powerful Galaxy S10 Lite. It will initially be limited to India and several other Asian markets, but it is likely to hit Western Europe soon after the end of next month.
Other than the original retail price of 629 Euro (around Rs. 49,600), the newly updated information indicates that the device will cost 609 Euro (around Rs. 48,000) in some countries and 599 Euro (around Rs. 47,200) in some other countries. This price is much more affordable than the 949 Euro (around Rs. 74,900) and 959 Euro (around Rs. 75,700) prices of the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ at launch. It is even lower than the expected price of Galaxy S10 Lite with 669 Euro / Euro 679 (around Rs. 50,000) in Europe next month.
