CES 2020 - the largest technology exhibition of the year will be held from 7 January to 10 January in Las Vegas, USA. During this event, Samsung is expected to launch several new smartphones, possibly including the rumored Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
In a new leak, a Twitter user called TechTalk TV recently unexpectedly shared a series of actual photos of Galaxy Note 10 Lite on his Twitter account, thereby showing us a clearer view about the design of this handset right before its launch.
Specifically, Galaxy Note 10 Lite will continue to use the Infinity-O punch-screen design with the cut-out placed in the top center like the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ duo. However, the screen of the device is flattened instead of curved on both sides. There will still be an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner at the bottom half of the display. In addition, the device also supports S-Pen like its Galaxy Note siblings.
Moving to the back, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite will be equipped with a square camera module, which will house three camera sensors and an LED flash. The back of this phone is curved on all four sides.
At the right edge position, we will have a volume rocker and power button. Meanwhile, the SIM / microSD card tray is located on the left edge of the device. Although there are no images taken on the top or bottom edge, previous reports have revealed that the device will have a 3.5mm headphone jack and use a USB Type-C port.
The Galaxy Note 10 launch date in India should be shortly after its global launch.
Galaxy Note 10 Lite: Expected specifications & Price
Galaxy Note 10 Lite (model number SM-N770F) will be equipped with a 6.7-inch S-AMOLED screen, supporting Full HD + resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels). The selfie camera placed in the punch-hole on the front has a 32MP resolution, while the rear camera cluster includes three 12MP sensors, including a main sensor, an ultra-wide-angle sensor and a telephoto sensor that supports 2x optical zoom.
The only minus point of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is that it will use the rather old Exynos 9810 chipset, seen in flagships in 2018 such as the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9. Combined with the Exynos 9810 chipset are 6GB RAM and the 128GB internal storage. Software-wise, the handset is tipped to come pre-installed with the One UI 2.0, which is based on Android 10.
The handset will pack a 4500mAh battery, supports 25W fast charging. The phone is expected to have 3 color options: Black, Red, and Silver (gradient). The Galaxy Note 10 Lite price in India is said to be set by Samsung India at around Rs. 48,660.
