A recent leak suggests that the Galaxy A90 will not be equipped with a flip-out camera mechanism like what we see on Galaxy A80. For the cameras, it is believed that we will have two versions, the SM-A905 with something known as a Tilt OIS and a 48MP + 12 MP + 5 MP setup, while the other, the SM-A908, ưith a triple-camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 48 MP, an 8 MP, and a 5 MP.
According to OnLeaks, there is no pop-out camera and no flip mechanism, meaning the Galaxy A90 will have just a normal setup of snappers. However, we still do not know what Tilt OIS means. Under the hood, the phone will run on Snapdragon 855 chipset, which makes it the first of the A series to have this kind of chipset.
Both versions of the Galaxy A90 will have FullHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display measuring 6.7 inches. Some other rumors suggest that one of the phones would support 5G and most rumors point to the SM-A908 as the one that gets this technology, not both of the versions.
This act from Samsung makes some people believe that the company is trying to offset the high price of a 5G phone by cutting down on the hardware.
Many people see the Infinity-U design as the lower-tier for Samsung, some guess that the SM-A905 will feature a QHD panel to accompany a better camera setup and the Tilt OIS tech.
Most of the rumors are not 100% reliable as we have not heard anything from Samsung confirming any of them. However, as OnLeaks boasts a high success rate with their projections, we have reasons to believe that they might be right this time too.
