A few days ago, Samsung revealed the Infinity Flex Display of its first foldable smartphone – Galaxy F (also maybe Galaxy X) that will be allegedly launched in early 2019. However, the tech community is extremely curious about its real look. Some of the following 3D renders will somewhat help us to have an initial look of Galaxy F.
The first time the world heard the revolutionary smartphone from Samsung was at the Samsung Developers Conference in San Francisco. Apart from the revelation of its display, all of the other information has been kept secret.
To satisfy tech fans’ curiosity, LetsGoDigital has built some 3D renders of Galaxy F from the collected data. According to the Korean manufacturer, the mysterious phone will feature 2 displays; of which, in its folded form, the phone has a 4.6-inch display with a 480 x 1,960px resolution. The second display is a 7.3-inch AMOLED one with a 1536 x 2152px resolution.
In the tablet-sized display, the Samsung smartphone can run up to 3 applications next to each other at a time. Through the images provided by Samsung at the Conference, it seems to sport the relatively thin screen edges and smoothly rounded corners.
Beside two highly flexible displays and an impressive interface, Samsung has also focused on developing the hinge of Galaxy F which can be reportedly bent many times.
Until this day, there hasn’t been any official confirmation of the smartphone’s design; however, its “hinge” may have many similarities with that of the Surface Book. It’s also likely that the manufacturer will introduce a completely new design which has nothing in common with the previous products.
According to a report, a demo version of the Galaxy F may come to light in February 2019, a month before users can see it by their eyes in the market. The phone is expectedly sold for about Rs 127.326,13 (equivalent to $1,770 in US).
