Asus 6Z Officially Goes On Sale in India From Rs. 31,999

The Asus 6Z with Snapdragon 855 SoC and flip dual 48MP + 13MP cameras finally goes on sale in India for a starting price of Rs. 31,999.

The Asus ZenFone 6 was launched last month and it made its way to India last week under the name Asus 6Z. Now, the phone is available for sale in India exclusively via Flipkart.

Asus 6Z: Price
The handset comes in Midnight Black and Black color variants and is available in three memory options -- 6GB of RAM / + 64GB of storage for Rs. 31,999, 6GB of RAM / 128GB storage for Rs. 34,999, and 8GB RAM / 256GB storage for Rs. 39,999.
Asus 6Z: Specifications & Features
The phone comes with a 6.4-inch IPS LCD screen with FHD+ resolution, an impressive 92% screen-to-body ratio, and Gorilla Glass 6. It is driven by a Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor, accompanied by up to 8GB RAM / 256GB storage. Software-wise, it boots Asus’s ZenUI 6.0 out of the box that is based on Android 9.0 Pie. Asus also equips it with a dual 5-magnet speaker setup, dual NXP TFA9875 smart amplifiers, and dual microphones with the company’s Noise Reduction Tech as well as DTS:X Ultra 1.0.

At the back, there is a fingerprint reader mounted there for biometric authentication. On the camera front, it has dual cameras, one of which is a 48MP primary camera with an f/1.8 lens and PDAF. The other rear camera is a 13MP shooter with an f/2.4 lens. The dual cameras are placed in a flip module that helps them to be able to work as both selfie and rear cameras.

According to the company, the cameras can take 70 selfies a day for two years and still stay in perfect condition. You can take 4K videos @ 30 or 60 fps with EIS. Moreover, DxOMark rates the Asus 6Z’s camera to deliver the best selfies at the moment with a total of 89 points in the selfie camera ranking.
