As we previously reported, Apple will hold an event on October 13 at 10 am PDT (10:30 pm IST), where the iPhone 12 series will be announced. After hours of waiting, Apple finally officially sent out an invitation for the event.
Accordingly, Apple has officially sent an invitation to the launch event of the new-gen iPhone 12 series, accompanied by the tag line "Hi, Speed '' to suggest something of high speed on the iPhone 12.
Speaking of speed, there will be a lot of things that Apple fans can relate to. The high speed might not only for the A14 Bionic chipset but also the 5G connection on the new iPhones when the technology allows very high download/upload speed.
The iPhone 12 series is expected to have four versions including iPhone 12 mini | 12 | 12 Pro | 12 Pro Max, with some changes in the design department inspired by the iPad Pro 2018/2020 and iPhone 5, with respective screen sizes of 5.4 | 6.1 | 6.1 | 6.7 inches.
In addition, rumor has it that the highest-end version will come with an improved camera setup, as the leaked cases show that the camera module has been expanded, in line with rumors that there will be a LiDAR sensor like on the iPad Pro 2020.
Also, don’t ignore other interesting technologies that Apple is going to announce at the event, one of which is the Mac. At the WWDC event in June, Apple announced that it would switch from Intel chipsets to its own chipset on the Macs product line. It then promised to release the first Mac with an in-house chipset later this year. Maybe, besides the iPhone 12, Apple will also announce a new generation of Macs with its own chipset?
