Early this month, a Redmi smartphone received a 3C certificate in China with model number M2007J3SC. The same device has now surfaced on the TENAA database, along with its photos and full specifications. According to the TENAA listing, this phone could be a rebranded model of the recently-announced Xiaomi Mi 10T. Rumor has it that the Redmi M2007J3SC could launch under the name Redmi K30S.
Redmi K30S: Specifications & Features
The TENAA listing reveals that the Redmi M2007J3SC features a 6.67-inch LTPS display with a tall 20:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ (2,400 x 1,080p) resolution. It is listed with a rated battery capacity of 4,900 mAh, which means its regular value might be 5,000mAh. The battery could support up to 33W fast charging, according to the 3C listing.
On the front, the alleged Redmi K30S features a 20MP selfie shooter housed inside a punch-hole cut-out at the top left corner. Around the back, it gets a rectangular camera module, in which there is a 64MP main camera. The other two are unknown, but if it is a rebranded model of the Xiaomi Mi 10T, they should be a 5MP macro camera and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
Powering the Redmi K30S is a 2.4GHz octa-core chipset, which could be the powerful Snapdragon 865 SoC. It will come into the Chinese market in multiple variants with 6/8/12GB of RAM and 128/256/512GB of storage. There won’t be a microSD card slot on this phone.
With no AMOLED display, the handset only features a fingerprint reader on the side, not an under-display one. It measures 165.1 x 76.4 x 9.3mm and weighs 216g. The device could make its debut in multiple color options, including Gray, Green, Purple, White, Blue, Pink, Red, and Black.
