Alleged Realme 6 Passed Through Geekbench With Helio P90 & Android 10

Realme 6 has already been tipped to be in the works a few months back. For now, the brand hasn’t mentioned anything about the handset publicly, but recent listing of an unknown Realme smartphone, which is speculated to be the Realme 6, could give us several details about the device. The device spotted on the benchmarking platform has the model number RMX2027.

According to the listing on Geekbench, the alleged Realme 6 with model number Realme RMx2027 is powered by an Helio P90 SoC, paired with 4GB RAM. In terms of software, the phone ships with Android 10 pre-installed. We are not sure whether the handset will run on the recently-introduced Realme UI. As for the benchmark scores, the device scored 347 points in the sing-core test and 1,256 points in the multi-core test. 

To recall, live photos of the alleged Realme 6 were shared online early November of last year and it suggests that the smartphone could sport a punch-hole screen with a center-aligned cut-out. The leak also tips that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 710 SoC and a quad-camera setup at the back of the phone. The price of the handset could be set around CNY 1,000 (roughly Rs. 10,200). You can see that while the recent Geekbench listing suggests that the phone will pack a MediaTek chipset, the older leak hinted at a Qualcomm chipset. We can't say that the Geekbench listing is more reliable, so you should take all these with a grain of salt.

For now, these are all we have got about the phone as there are not many details about the smartphone surfacing online. However, the brand was tipped to release the handset soon, so we might get more information about the phone in the near future. In the meantime, Realme is expected to launch the Realme C3i in India on 6 February.
