A mystery device from the Chinese phone maker Lenovo has just spotted on China’s TENAA website. The handset was listed with the model number of L38111 and all of its specs. Considering the model name, we suspect that this phone might be launched in the budget segment. The same device also passed 3C and Bluetooth certifications in March. However, those listings didn’t reveal the identity of this phone either. With this set of specs, it might be set to compete against the much-liked Redmi Note 7 Pro.

The listing on TENAA reveals that this upcoming Lenovo L38111 will feature a triple camera system on the rear. The photos on the website also show the camera placement and the design of the phone. You can see on the photos a vertically stacked camera system and a fingerprint scanner on its back panel while another photo shows that its camera module will be slightly protruded.
The rear camera system is said to include a 16MP primary camera while details of the other two cameras are unknown for now. Up front, there will be a single snapper housed on a water-drop notch for taking selfies and video calling, though the details of this camera have yet been revealed.

In terms of hardware specs, the Lenovo handset will sport a 6.3-inch FHD+ LCD panel with thin bezels. Under the hood, it will run on a 2.2GHz octa-core SoC, but the exact identity of this processor is unknown. However, we know that it will be clubbed with 3/4/6GB of RAM and 32/64/128Gb of storage which can be expanded using a microSD card up to 256GB. Powering the phone will be a large 3,930 mAh battery possibly with fast charging support though it isn’t confirmed yet. As for software, it is listed to run the latest Android 9 Pie.
Going by the model number, we believe that this will be a new addition to the Lenovo K series as the model number of other phones in the series are quite similar to this one. We will keep you updated, so stay tuned.
