This success of Xiaomi has made the headlines and drawn a lot of attention in 2018. Last year was a booming time for the company as its under Rs 20,000 line gained favorable outcomes. The best-performed products of the company include Mi A1, Mi A2, Redmi Note 6 Pro, and Redmi Note 5, along with other budget-friendly lines. POCO, Xiaomi’s sub-brand also made a large part of the shipment.

This success has paved the way for a wider range of Xiaomi’s products to approach the Indian market, from Mi TVs, Mi, smart shoes to Mi air purifiers and many more. Its Mi Stores are also part of the company’s expanding plan. So far, these stores can be found in many Indian busiest cities, claiming Xiaomi’s part in Indian offline electronic market. In the future, Xiaomi aims at setting up a series of stores to provide for its growing customer base. This leap of Xiaomi is a real cause of concern for Samsung, which had long been the market leader in India.
