To conquer leaders from Europe, Huawei, the renowned tech company in China, has set up a new cybersecurity lab in Brussels. This move allegedly aims to oppose US allegations saying that it is now a security threat at the national level.

On March 05, Huawei executives held the inauguration ceremony for the Huawei European Cybersecurity Center. The lab is open to all customers who want to see and evaluate the source codes that are applied to the company’s network devices.

When it comes to telecom infrastructure, it is now the most powerful manufacturer in the world to develop and support the 5G networks. However, the United State has continuously incited its allies to keep away from the Chinese tech company. What makes both the US and its allies afraid is that the Chinese government has made use of Huawei’s devices to conduct digital espionage.

Last year, in November, the company built another centre in Germany and has funded a testing site that is run by the British government.
