Besides, users of Paytm Money can still make investments through its Android and iOS apps while the company says that the web platform will soon provide users with the ability to invest too. Both the app and the web version of Paytm are meant to help people in researching mutual funds. Plus, with its web version, Paytm now supports several popular features such as AMC & Fund Manager discovery, Best Rated Mutual Funds, and Search.

The platform was previously available on apps only

The company has become popular among people because it provides comprehensive data about mutual funds. In particular, the platform tells users about ratings, scheme exit loads, sector exposure, portfolio holdings, benchmarks, riskometers, fund manager profiles, latest NAVs, details on all schemes, as well as other information so that users can make the best investment decisions.

According to its statement, in just a few months after the launch of Paytm Money, there had already been more than 10 lakh users on the platform, which makes it the top commission-free platform in India for mutual fund investments. Paytm recently obtained SEBI approval for offering stockbroking service. With this permission, Paytm Money will start expanding to new features like trading in equities as well as cash segments.
