Satya Nadella as the Microsoft CEO seemingly has no intention to make a concession with the growing protest from its employees concerning the HoloLens contract with the US military.

A few days ago, over 50 employees who are working at Microsoft sent a letter to their CEO with the hope that the company will end up collaborating with the military in the HoloLens contract. The $749 million project aims to offer soldiers the HoloLens AR technology.
Also on February 25, as cited by Business Insider, a Microsoft employee revealed that over 200 workers signed the letter to Satya Nadella.

This is just one of the recent cases the company has got the objection from its employees because it has been involved in contentious contracts with some government agencies including the immigration department and the US army.
Microsoft is not the only tech company that has faced the outcry from its labour forces. And Amazon is a typical example. It seems that Jeff Bezos’s staffs don’t want the company to keep pursuing the deals with the government at all.
