In 2016, Nokia made a brilliant comeback and started competing with famous Android-phone-maker. Behind this revitalization is HMD Global. The Nokia branding is still used on smartphones, from entry-level to flagship ones. It is also making use of some features of Nokia old phones as inspiration.
We have compiled a list of the best and the worst Nokia phones over the years.
Nokia 9 PureView (2019)
This one is a bonkers phone with five cameras that aim to deliver an extremely unique camera solution. The device was a result of a collaboration between Nokia and Light, who is known to have made the L16, a 16-camera device. Besides its camera, the phone is attractive for other reasons too.
Nokia 3310 (2017)
The Nokia 3310 was launched in 2017. Rather than a smartphone, this one is a feature phone with a full-color screen. It is also much slimmer compared to the original. The phone has recently been upgraded with 4G.
Nokia Lumia 1020 (2013)
The 1020 was described as a camera phone powered by Windows Phone 9. It comes with a PureView Pro camera with a 41MP sensor. The Nokia Lumia 1020 is the last Nokia phone manufactured before Microsoft announced that its acquisition of Nokia.
Nokia 808 Pureview
Next in the list of old school Nokia phones is the 808 Pureview. This is the last Symbian-powered phone of Nokia and the first to have the PureView Pro technology of Nokia.

In 2010, Nokia decided to ignore a clear demand for a smartphone and launched this affordable mobile phone.
Nokia N95 (2007)
Back in its day, the Nokia N95, with 3G, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity, was a truly “smart” phone. However, the battery was criticized for needing to be charged often.
Nokia N81 (2007)
Nokia marketed the N81 as a mobile gaming device. It was known to be the only N-Gage 2.0 device that came with special gaming keys.
Nokia 5300 (2006)
Of all the XpressMusic phones, Nokia’s line of phones designed especially for music playback, the 5300 was the most popular.
Nokia N70 (2005)
This one was a 3G mobile phone. Nokia announced the Nokia N70 as part of its brand new N-series multimedia phones.
Nokia 6280 (2005)
This was another of Nokia’s 3G mobile phones. It came with a 2.2-inch color TFT display and a slide form factor.
Nokia 3250 (2005)
This is a unique mobile phone from Nokia with a traditional phone keypad, a twist design, a dedicated control keys for music and camera.
Nokia 1100 (2005)
This one is a basic GSM mobile phone. In 2011, Nokia claimed that the 1100 was used to be owned by 250 million people, which means it was the most popular phone in the world at that time.
Nokia 8800 (2005)
This was a slider phone from Nokia. The Nokia 8800 was different because of its scratch-resistant screen and stainless-steel housing.
Nokia N90 (2005)
Another phone from the N-series. The N90 stood out thanks to its swivel design with which the device could be transformed into four different modes.
Nokia 7710 (2005)
The phone was widely known to be the first device of Nokia that had a touchscreen.
Nokia 7280 (2004)
This phone was called the “lipstick” phone. The 7280 was announced as part of the Fashion Phone line. It came with red, white, and black styling and a screen that turned it into a mirror.
Nokia 7600 (2004)
The phone came with a teardrop form factor. Nokia designed the 7600 aiming at the fashion market. The phone had interchangeable covers.

The phone was marketed by Nokia as a music playing phone but also had a QWERTY keyboard.

This one was a rugged device with its rubber casing as well as built-in FM stereo.
