The smartphone is powered by the 5nm Hexa-core A14 Bionic processor and runs on iOS 14.1. Regarding storage, buyers of the iPhone 12 have three options to choose from, including 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage, 4GB RAM with 128GB onboard memory, and 4GB RAM with 256GB internal storage.
