In a bid to help businesses move their infrastructure and applications to the cloud computing platform called Azure, Microsoft has just bought Movere, a technology startup company that specializes in the cloud migration field. The specific amount, as well as the terms of this acquisition, hasn’t been yet revealed.

During the initial operation period, it took a role as a consulting company; however, six years later, it decided to change its current business orientation after its founders faced some trouble with the Cloud migration.
