While the tension of the trade war between the United States and China has kept increasing, the Chinese tech giant Huawei has recently announced its plan to sell the method of 5G technology development. Its partner in this commercial affair is a Western company.
Ren Zhengfei, the CEO and Founder of Huawei, was the one to make the proposal. In talks with the New York Times and the Economist, he also said that the company hoped to ease the unnecessary tension due to concerns about its 5G technology’s security.

Until now, the Chinese phone maker has still asserted that it doesn’t work as a spy for the Beijing government.
