At Mobile World Congress 2019 (MWC 2019) in Barcelona, tech companies around the world gather together to reveal their new products. Below is the list of all the gadgets and phones that have been announced so far.
Huawei Mate X

The Huawei Mate X is a foldable phone equipped with 5G technology. It comes at a price of 2,300 euros (which is approximately AU$3,660, £2,000, $2,600). The Mate X features an 8-inch screen, a base for one-handed use, and three cameras.
Samsung Galaxy Fold

The Galaxy Fold has two screens: on the outside is a 4.6-inch screen that looks like a book when closed, on the inside is a 7.3-inch display. There are six cameras in total: one on the cover, two inside, and three on the back. From April 26, the phone will sell with T-Mobile and AT&T for $1,980 (around AU$2,800 and £1,500.)
TCL Foldable Phone Concepts

At MWC 2019, TCL revealed several designs for foldable phones. What the company aims for is to produce a foldable device with a more affordable price. One concept looks similar to the Galaxy Fold’s book-fold design. But on the cover, instead of a second screen, it features an LED clock.
Microsoft Hololens 2

The HoloLens is back and revised. The HoloLens 2 is the newer version of the mixed-reality headset that first came out three years ago. The AR headset that costs $3,500 is improved in three main areas: better hand tracking, a larger field of view, and eye tracking. It is also more comfortable to wear.
Nokia 9 PureView

The Nokia 9 Pureview does not belong to the foldable phone category but it is unique since it is the first phone that has five rear cameras. HMD worked with Zeiss to create two color and three monochromatic to produce greater dynamic range images. This phone is a limited edition with a price of 599 euros (around AU$980, £535, and $699.)
Nokia 210, 4.2, 3.2 and 1 Plus

The Nokia 9 PureView is not the only phone that gets to come to MWC, Nokia also takes with them the Nokia 210 which features a familiar design, and the mid-range Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2 and Nokia 1 Plus. Nokia 210 carries with it a classic look. For those who want a user-friendly, simple phone, this might be the one. Plus it has a super affordable price, only 30 euros (about AU$50, £25, and $35.)
Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus

Last week, Samsung released its new S10 line including the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus. The Galaxy S10 features a 6.1-inch AMOLED screen while the Galaxy S10 Plus has a 6-4 inch one. Both come with a hole-punch notch known as the Infinity-O display. The fingerprint is now on the front instead of the back like the old models. Each phone has three rear cameras.
Samsung Galaxy S10E

Samsung also launched the Galaxy S10E – a competitor for the iPhone XR of Apple. The S10E has Galaxy S10’s features (but not all of them) but is $150 cheaper.
Xiaomi Mi 9

Before MWC 2019, Xiaomi has already launched its newest flagship, the Mi 9. Similar to the Galaxy S10 from Samsung, the Mi 9 is equipped with three rear cameras: a 2x optical zoom 12-megapixel telephoto, an ultra-wide-angle 16-megapixel one, and a 48-megapixel one. The company also offers a Special Transparent Edition with an aluminum heat sink that looks like the phone’s inner parts.
LG G8 ThinQ

The LG G8 is the follow up to the company’s G7 ThinQ and is the latest marquee handset. The front camera has new sensors offering users a brand new way to interact with their phone. The phone can be unlocked just by scanning your hand veins. You can swipe right and left to open certain apps by pinching your fingers above the phone or adjust the volume by mimicking the act of twisting a jog dial.
Samsung Galaxy S10 5G

The Galaxy S10 5G comes with a 6.7-inch screen and high-speed 5G technology, which will become available in the US this year and 2020. It’ll be sold first on Verizon, exclusively. But other mobile carriers like Sprint, AT&T, and T-Mobile are expected to sell the S10 5G too. There is a four-camera setup on the back of the phone. Among these four cameras is a 3D depth camera.
LG V50 ThinQ 5G Phone and Dual Screen

On Sunday, LG released the V50 ThinQ 5G phone. It will be available on the 5G Ultra Wideband network of Verizon first, T-Mobile and AT&T later in the year. It’s interesting that not only this phone has 5G but it is kind of a foldable phone. With the Dual Screen accessory, it can transform into a “foldable” phone without a real folding screen.
Oppo 5G Phone

Oppo, the Chinese phone maker, participated in the 5G club by revealing a 5G phone prototype at MWC 2019. The phone is expected to be launched this spring. The upcoming phone will come with three cameras: telephoto, ultra-wide-angle, and wide lenses, with a range from 16mm to 160mm.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G

Mi Mix 3 5G is a variant of the Mi Mix 3 and Xiaomi’s first 5G phone. The device will launch this May at 599 euros (around $679.)
Motorola Moto G7, G7 Play, G7 Power and G7 Plus

Ahead of MWC 2019, Motorola made an announcement on its four new budget phones: the G7, G7 Play, G7 Power, and G7 Plus. Among the four models, the Moto G7 is the main flagship. It has a Snapdragon 632 processor, a 3,000mAh battery, a dual camera located on the back, and a 6.2-inch display.
LG’s Midrange Trio

At MWC 2019, LG released three midrange phones: the LG K40, K50, and Q60 which all have high-end displays and focus on AI. All three are equipped with a Google Assistant button. The camera setups are the main differences between the three phones.
Lenovo Tab V7

Phablet was dead? Not for Lenovo. The company released the Tab V7 which features a 6.9-inch display, an impressive 5,180mAh battery, and a Qualcomm octa-core 450 processor.
Huawei MateBook X Pro

The Huawei MateBook X Pro is making a comeback. It still has that same name as its earlier version. And to be honest, it kind of looks exactly the same, too. It belongs to the list of fist laptops that have NVIDIA MX250 graphics chip which provides laptops with more power for video and Photoshop editing. In the function-key row, there is a pop-up hidden camera.
