Realme X50m 5G Is Realme's Latest 5G Smartphone; Priced At Around Rs. 21,500

The Realme X50m 5G has the same design as the more high-end Realme X50 5G, as well as the same screen size, processor, battery capacity.

Realme has just launched a new mid-range smartphone in China, called Realme X50m 5G. This is the third phone in the X50 series after the arrival of the Realme X50 5G and Realme X50 Pro 5G earlier this year.

Realme X50m 5G: Price & Availability

The device will be sold in China from April 29in two colors, Starry Blue and Galaxy White. The Realme X50m 5G price starts at CNY 1,999 (around Rs. 21,500) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB version, while the top-end version with 8GB RAM + 128GB of memory is sold for CNY 2,299 (around Rs. 24,700). For now, there is no word on the Realme X50m 5G release date in India.

Realme X50m 5G: Specifications & Features

The Realme X50m 5G is equipped with a 6.57-inch IPS LCD screen, supporting Full HD + resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display of the phone has a 120Hz refresh rate and gets a punch-hole design, help the phone achieve an impressive 90.4% screen-to-body ratio. In addition, it also has a fingerprint sensor mounted on the side for biometric security.

On the inside, the Realme X50m is powered by Qualcomm's mid-range Snapdragon 765G processor, paired with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The device comes with a 4,200mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging, allowing the phone to charge from 0 to 70% in just 30 minutes.

For selfie lovers, the Realme X50m 5G offers a dual camera on the front with a 16MP wide-angle sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Meanwhile, the back of the device is where the system of 4 cameras is arranged vertically

The rear camera cluster includes a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor with a 119-degree viewing angle, a 2MP macro sensor with a 4cm focal length, and a 2MP black-and-white sensor. It is known that this camera cluster is capable of recording 4K video at 30fps, while the front-facing selfie cameras support 1080p video recording at 30fps.

The handset comes pre-installed with Android 10 and Realme UI out of the box, built-in ultra-thin speaker, Hi-Res Audio, Dolby Atmos, 5G network, dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB-C port. It weighs 202 grams, has no 3.5mm headphone jack, and doesn't support microSD cards.
