Apple Releases Invites For Special Event On March 25

The iPhone maker has finally sent out invites for its March event. Yesterday, reporters started receiving invitations from Apple for a special event on March 25 at the Steve Jobs Theater, Cupertino.

According to reports, the event’s main focus will be on the content side of the company’s business. Comes with the invites are some heavy-handed hints suggesting that Apple’s video content service will be shown on the full display to guests with a GIF illustrating a film reel countdown timer that ends with the sentence “It’s show time.”

There have been a lot of hints from Apple on TV shows and many announcements about what content it’s gearing up in the pipeline. However, little is known about the subscription and the underlying platform that the Cupertino-based company has planned.

There have also been rumors that at the event, Apple will announce a subscription business for Apple News. However, since the marketing campaign we’ve seen lately has mainly been all over the video services, the new product may be either not ready to come out or not as big as the video announcement.

Besides, at this event, held on March 25, 2019, the iPhone maker is expected to make several important announcements about its TV app, News+, Arcade which is a gaming service where users pay a monthly fee and play the games that the tech giant offers. Also, the company is likely to introduce its own credit card.
