If your important voicemail somehow got deleted, don't panic, we will help you recover your deleted voicemails. There are some methods for Android which will surely help you out.
Method 1: Use the Voicemail app
In case you accidentally deleted your voicemail, remember that those voicemails still exist somewhere in your phone for a particular time period. Stop panicking, the solution to your problem is here.
- First, you need to launch the Voicemails app and click on the menu button
- Tap on 'Deleted Voicemails.'
- You will now see all the deleted Voicemails which are ready for restoring.
- Click on the mail you want to restore and hold for a few seconds.
- Your phone will then either show a contextual menu or add a checkmark to the selected voicemail. Either way, tap on Save to restore it.
Method 2: Use a third-party app
When your voicemails got deleted, or data got corrupted, you won't be able to get them back directly in the Voicemail app. But don't worry, to solve this problem, you can try third-party applications, which can help you get your data back.
There are many apps available, but for this, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard or MiniTool Power Data Recovery software are better choices.
Both of them provide an easy-to-use and clean user interface, and they can recover as much as a few gigabytes of data for free, which is more than enough for your voicemails. If you want to get more data recovery, you can upgrade to the premium version. Below are some steps for recovering your voicemails using these apps.
- First, you'll need to download and install the software on a different device from your smartphone. If there's something wrong with your phone storage, and you already have a backup in that same phone, it will be of no use.
- Once all are set, and you are ready, connect your smartphone with your device via USB cable and launch the software on a computer.
- You'll need to select your device and tap on the 'Scan' button. Some software lets you select the type of data you want to scan for, in such cases, choose Voicemails.
- After some time, you'll see all the Deleted Voicemails on the screen.
- Choose and restore the voicemail you need on either the PC or mobile.
Other methods to recover deleted voicemails
Other ways vary among different phone models. It's possible that the company offers different options on your phone to recover voicemails. Go for customer support or contact customer service, they'll provide you with a solution if they can.
