Vivo Z3 Emerald Color Variant Launched In China: Specifications & Price

While the Vivo V15 Pro has just been announced in the Indian market and its sibling Vivo V15 came to Thailand shortly after, the Chinese phone maker now introduces a new addition to its mobile portfolio, Vivo Z3, in the Chinese market. The phone was already released last year in China in Dream Powder, Aurora Blue, and Starry Night colour variants. Now, the company has launched a new Emerald colour option of the handset. It will be offered in two memory configurations, including 6GB of RAM/64GB of storage and 6GB of RAM/128GB of storage.

The phone will for up for sale on 6 March in the country. According to TheMobileIndian, this Emerald colour option is already up for pre-ordering on Jingdong for CNY 1,968 (around Rs. 20,700) for the option with 64GB of internal storage and CNY 2,098 (around Rs. 22,100) for the variant with 128GB of storage. In terms of specifications, the handset sports a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a 2,280 x 1,080 pixels resolution.

Under the hood, it’s powered by a Snapdragon 670 SoC, coupled with 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage which is expandable by a microSD slot up to 256GB. In the imaging department, the Vivo Z3 sports a dual camera setup on the rear, including a 16MP main sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 and a 2MP secondary shooter with an aperture of f/2.4.

Up front, the Chinese phone maker goes for a 12MP camera with a dual pixel sensor and an aperture of f/2.0. The handset will run the older Android 8.1 Oreo with Vivo’s FunTouch OS. To keep the phone ticking, Vivo packs a 3,315 mAh battery on the Vivo Z3. In terms of connectivity options, it has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS / A-GPS, a micro-USB port, 4G LTE, and more.
