Realme 3 Pro Model With 6GB RAM, 64GB Storage Announced In India

One of the latest addition to Realme’s mobile portfolio in India is the Realme 3 Pro. At launch, the handset was offered in two memory configurations, 4GB of RAM / 64GB of storage and 6GB of RAM / 128GB of storage. Now, the Oppo’s former sub-brand has just added one more configuration into the market. The new variant with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage will go on sale from 29 April for Rs. 15,999 in the country. It will be distributed via Realme’s stores and Flipkart.

The phone comes in three color variants which are Nitro Blue, Lightning Purple, and Carbon Grey. The Lightning Purple option also comes with a gradient finish at its rear panel. It will go on sale for the first time today via Flipkart and the company’s online store. However, the Carbon Grey and Nitro Blue will be up for sale from today while if you are interested in the Lightning Purple variant, you might have to wait until May.

Realme 3 Pro buyers can get some launch offers like 15% cashback up to Rs. 1,500 for who pay online via MobiKwik. If you are HDFC Bank customers, you can get a discount of Rs. 1,000 using HDFC Bank debit cards, credit cards, and also EMI transactions. In addition, you are eligible for no-cost EMIs (6 months maximum) when buying the phone via Flipkart. Lastly, Reliance Jio offers some benefits worth Rs. 5,300.
Realme 3 Pro: Specs & Features
The handset packs a 6.3-inch Full-HD+ LCD 2.5D curved screen with a 2,340 x 1,080p resolution and a dewdrop notch on top. The display is further protected by Gorilla Glass 5. Powering the phone is a mid-range Snapdragon 710 SoC paired with an Adreno 616 GPU. As mentioned, the phone has 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.

In terms of camera, it will sport a dual camera setup at the rear, comprising of a 16MP primary snapper and a 5MP secondary depth sensor. Up front, it comes with a 25MP selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. Its connectivity options include dual SIM card slot, GPS, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, a micro-USB port, and a headphone jack.

As for software, the phone runs the latest Android 9.0 Pie at launch with Oppo’s Color OS 6.0 on top. Under the hood, it is backed by a 4,045mAh battery with support for Oppo’s VOOC 3.0 fast charging. Lastly, there is a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear for biometric authentication.
