After Samsung announced its latest Galaxy Note 10 series, Nubia unveiled the Nubia Z20 at a launch event in China. As previous tipped, the phone features a dual-display setup, just like the Nubia X that launched last year. The handset also features the Always-On display 2.0 tech, which is customizable to show info on either of the display with customizable GIF, text, video, graphics, and more. Moreover, the phone is driven by the latest Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC.
Nubia Z20: Price
The handset is priced at CNY 3,499 (around Rs. 34,900) for the 6GB RAM / 128GB of storage variant. You can also purchase two other variants - 8GB RAM / 128GB of storage and 8GB RAM / 512GB storage for CNY 3,699 (around Rs. 36,900) and CNY 4,199 (around Rs. 42,000), respectively. It will be up for sale in the country from 16 August in three hues - Red, Blue, and Black.
Nubia Z20: Specifications & Features
The device comes with a glass frame as well as a fingerprint scanner on both edges. On the front, it sports a 6.42-inch curved glass panel with Full-HD+ resolution. At the back, it is equipped with a smaller 5.1-inch AMOLED panel with HD+ resolution. Ticking at its core is Qualcomm’s latest chipset - Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC with up to 2.96GHz clock speed. It is available in three memory configurations - 6GB RAM / 128GB of storage, 8GB RAM / 128GB of storage, and 8GB RAM / 512GB of storage. In terms of software, it ships with Nubia UI 7.0 out of the box, which is based on Android 9.0 Pie.
Camera-wise, it is equipped with a triple camera setup, including a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor on the rear with a dual-LED flash unit and OIS. The primary camera is paired with a 16MP ultra-wide snapper and an 8MP telephoto unit with support for 30x digital zoom. As the phone has two cameras on the front and back, its rear cameras can double up as the selfie shooters. Finally, a beefy 4,000 mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging and QC 4.0 support wraps up the list of the specifications.
