Motorola is expected to launch the Motorola One Zoom in the recent future. Now, some details about the phone’s specs have been revealed by a reliable source. The details include color variants, cameras, battery, chipset, display resolution, and memory configurations. Previous leaks suggested that the One Zoom would be launched under the name ‘Motorola One Pro’. However, the new leak reports that the phone will come with the moniker ‘Motorola One Zoom’ instead.
As per the source, the upcoming One Zoom will feature a 2,340 x 1,080p resolution. As for the display size, a previous leak suggested that it might sport a 6.2-inch screen, but we can’t confirm that. However, we do know that its display will support HDR. Powering the phone is said to be a Snapdragon 675 SoC, paired with 4/6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage. It will be fueled by a beefy 4,000 mAh battery and supports HFC connectivity. We also learn that the phone will be available in Purple and Grey color variants. However, there might be more than just those two colors since we have previously seen a render of the phone in Brown color.
Moving to the design aspect, we can see from the readers that it will sport a water-drop notch display. It appears that there is no fingerprint scanner at the back of the phone, so it should feature an on-screen fingerprint reader. You can also see a USB-C port and a headphone jack at the bottom, whereas the volume rocker and power button are placed on its right spine.
In terms of camera, it is shown to come with a quad-camera setup alongside the Motorola branding, placed inside a camera module. There is also an LED flash placed on the left side of the module. As for the camera details, it is expected to feature a 48MP main sensor, a 12MP secondary shooter, and an 8MP third snapper. There is currently no information about the fourth sensor. The rear cameras might support dual OIS and 5x hybrid zoom. On the front, it might pack a 16MP camera for selfies.
Finally, the handset is said to cost around €429 (roughly 33,900), and it will make its debut at the IFA 2019 event.
