LG just launched the LG X4 (2019) in the Korean market. The handset is the direct successor to the LG X4 that launched last year and also an offshoot of the recently-launched LG K12. While the old phone comes with 2GB of RAM, this new LG X4 (2019) packs 3GB of RAM, and that is the major difference between the two phones. Other highlights include a 5.7-inch FullVision screen with HD+ resolution, an MTK Helio P22 chipset, and more. Moreover, the phone is MIL_STD_810G certified that is able to withstand thermal shock, humidity, and varying temperatures.

LG X4 (2019): Price
LG offers the LG X4 (2019) for 297,000 KRW (roughly 18,150) and will be up for sale in the Korean market via local carriers from 26 April. It will come in two color variants which are New Platinum Gray and New Aurora Black.

The handset sports a 5.7-inch FullVision panel with HD+ (1,440 x 720p) resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Powering the phone is an octa-core MTK Helio P22 chipset, paired with 2GB RAM/32GB of internal storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot up to 2TB. As for software, it ships with the dated Android 8.1 Oreo at launch. Other notable features include DTS:X 3D Surround Sound, 32-bit Advanced Hi-Fi Quad DAC, and a dedicated Google Assistant button.

In the imaging department, the handset sports a single 16MP main shooter with an f/2.0 aperture along with a single LED flash. It is further supported by PDAF and HDR. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera for video calling and taking selfies. For security, there is a fingerprint scanner mounted on the rear and pack a 3,000mAh cell. Its connectivity options are Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, a micro-USB port, and 4G LTE. Its dimensions are 153 x 71.9 x 8.3 mm, and it weighs 145 grams.
