LG X2 (2019) Announced With Snapdragon 425 & Android 9 Pie

LG X2 (2019) has just been announced in South Korea with a Snapdragon 425, HD+ display, and Android 9 Pie out of the box.

LG has just announced a new smartphone called LG X2 (2019) in its home country, South Korea. The phone comes with a 5.45-inch FullVision panel with HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 425 chipset with 2GB RAM. Similar to other LG offerings, the phone is also MIL-STD 810G compliant, and that means the phone can withhold high/low temperature, humidity, thermal shock, and vibration. It is also equipped with a Google Assistant button for easier and quicker access.
LG X2 (2019): Price
The LG X2 (2019) costs 198,000 WON (around Rs. 11,600) and will come in a single Aurora Black color variant. It will be available for sale in the country from 9 August. The phone will arrive in North America as well as some European countries, including Italy, Germany, and Poland. However, it will be launched under a different name in those markets, and it is LG K30 (2019). We are not sure whether the phone will make its way to India or not. However, LG might need to lower its price if it does bring the phone to India.
LG X2 (2019): Specifications & Features
The handset sports a 5.45-inch FullVision panel with HD+ (720 x 1,440p) resolution, a 2.5D curved glass, and an aspect ratio of 18:9. Powering the phone is a Snapdragon 425 processor clocked at 1.4GHz, accompanied by an Adreno 308 GPU. It packs a 2GB RAM / 32GB of storage, which can be expanded using a microSD card. In terms of camera, there is a single 13MP camera at the back with an LED Flash as well as a 5MP camera on the front for taking selfies and video calling.
Its dimensions and weight are 147x71.5x8.2 mm and 147 grams. In terms of connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 4G VoLTE, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, and Bluetooth v5.0. Security-wise, the phone has neither a fingerprint scanner nor Face Unlock feature, so users will need to unlock the phone using passcode or pattern. Finally, it ships with Android 9 Pie out of the box and packs a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood.
