The first highlight of the Huawei MediaPad M6 8.4-inch is its 8.4-inch flat display with the resolution of up to 2K. In addition, the screen also comes with intelligent algorithms that automatically adjust the contrast and saturation to provide an optimal display experience for users in each different scenario.

For example, the tablet will automatically adjust the screen parameters optimally for movie mode when you watch a video. In addition, the tablet also has an eye protection mode that intelligently changes the color temperature of the screen to reduce the fatigue of the eyes when watching movies for a long time.

At the top of the front, the tablet will have an 8MP selfie camera put in the center.

There is a Huawei logo at the bottom of the screen with very thin left and right borders and high screen-to-body ratio. Compared to the previous generation, the bezels on 8.4-inch Huawei MediaPad M6 have been thinner, making the device look more compact and the screen-to-body ratio reaches 83.5%, which is great for gaming or watching video experience.

When holding Huawei MediaPad M6 horizontally, you will find that there is an external speaker on the left and right, which brings cinematic sound effects for games, music or movies.

In addition, the sound effects of the tablet have been professionally adjusted by Harman Kardon, the world-renowned sound brand, which helps to effectively expand the stereo field and enhance the audio experience of users.

In addition to the outstanding details on the front, the rear panel of Huawei MediaPad M6 is entirely made of a monolithic thin metal frame and a subtle U-shaped antenna design.

The overall design of the back is very simple. The upper left corner will house a 13MP rear camera bump. The Huawei brand logo is placed at the center, below is Harman Kardon logo and no other details. The metal frame of Huawei MediaPad M6 is translucent, which helps prevent sweat sticking and ensures users can firmly hold the device in their hands while playing games or watching movies.

The Huawei MediaPad M6 configuration will really impress users when equipped with the Kirin 980 flagship chipset like on the P30 Pro. The 7nm chipset will bring great performance to handle any task or games installed on your tablet simply and smoothly. In addition, Huawei MediaPad M6 also has GPU Turbo 3.0 technology.

Powering the tablet is a 6,100 mAh battery that promises to bring more than 12 hours of constant use with just one charge. Additionally, Huawei MediaPad M6 runs the latest EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie.

As mentioned above, Huawei MediaPad M6 has been unveiled in China with two display options including the variant with a 10.8-inch display and the variant with 8.4-inch display. The tablets are available with Wi-Fi+ LTE and Wi-Fi only connectivity options. The starting price of the MediaPad M6 10.8-inch is CNY2,299 (roughly Rs 23,000).
