India Welcomes Huawei EMUI 9.0 Customized Features For The Market

Huawei, the Chinese giant in the tech field, has just announced the very first formal launch of the latest EMUI 9.0 that it has been diligently working on for the market of India. After being officially launched in India, this ROM that is based on Google's Android Pie 9.0 will be officially utilized for the smartphones lineup of Huawei after it’s Indian Research and Development team finish with their localized contributions.

With its “India-first” new approach, the company wishes to introduce more features that can be optimized for only the region. At the moment, these features include a local calendar that has been customized, a Paytm deeper integration, and support for India’s 28 languages. EMUI 9.0 is aiming to make a challenge to the Android 9.0 Pie of Google when it comes to functionality and security features.
Back in September of this year, Huawei has made the first ever officially global announcement about the EMUI 9.0 in the 2018 IFA. It has been introduced as a part of the beta program since then. This customized ROM is believed to be able to perform 12.9 percent better than all the previously released EMUI versions due to the fact that it is powered by the Android Pie 9.0. In addition, the EMUI 9.0 has the GPU Turbo technology version 2.0 equipped. It has been proven to be able to help devices to manage an intensive amount of workloads while simultaneously reduce the devices’ power consumption.
Huawei has been touting the new technology that helps graphics to be able to accelerate their processing time in the EMUI 9.0 as a great development as they will improve the users’ experience by improving network connectivity and the responsiveness of the touchscreen. That is not all, as it also comes with a multitude of additional features such as a brand-new Vault of Password, Digital Balance dashboard, HiVision, a way to decrease the addiction to phone called Wind Down, and that is not counting all of the other typical features of the Android Pie.
The beta version of this much-awaited EMUI 9.0 ROM is currently made available only to Huawei devices that are in the Europe market such as the Huawei Honor View 10, Huawei Honor Play, Huawei Mate 10, Huawei P20 Pro, Huawei P20, Huawei Hono 10, and 10 Huawei Mate 10 Pro. Users can always sign up as a beta tester and receive the OTA update of the EMUI 9.0 when it gets publicly released. There are claims that multiple researches concerning the EMUI are conducted at multiple research institutes across China, Europe, North America, and India.
Brody Ji, the Senior Director of the Product segment of Huawei, has stated that the people at the company would not only focus on distinctive experiences for the users but would also make improvements to the way all clients connect with each other. He also added that the EMUI 9.0 that has been launched just recently was developed in accordance with the company’s commitment to the creation of a consistent, simple, and enjoyable experience. The EMUI 9.0 has received enhancements to user experience fast-tasking so that they can come together to enable the unmatched operating system made by Huawei that places simplicity as well as intuitiveness as the most important aspects. Mr. Brody also added that they would remain completely committed to their initial goal of making devices that are not just smart but also intelligent to ease the lives of their clients.
