Motorola P50 Price Announced In China, First Sale On July 20

Motorola, a Lenovo’s subsidiary, confirmed the launch of its new smartphone dubbed Motorola P50 in China at the beginning of May. The handset is, in fact, a re-branded version of Motorola One Vision phone unveiled in the Indian market last month. The brand has recently announced the price of the Motorola P50 for China. Accordingly, it revealed at the FY19 sales event in the Middle East region that the handset will cost CNY2,499 (roughly Rs. 25,000) in China. Typically, the One Vision known as P50 is priced at less than Rs. 19,999.
It is known that the phone offered in the Chinese market will come in only 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and two color models including Bronze and Sapphire Blue. Those who want to buy this phone can start pre-ordering on 15 July. And the smartphone will be available for sales from 20 July via Tmall, Suning, JD Mall, and other retailer stores.
Regarding the specifications, the upcoming phone sports a 6.3-inch 1,080 x 2,520-pixel display with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Additionally, it has a hole in the upper-left of the display for housing a selfie shooter and a fingerprint scanner on the back. Under the hood, the phone is powered by an Exynos 9609 chipset clocked at 2.2 GHz, paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. In the software department, the phone runs Android 9.0 Pie at launch.
As for the imaging capabilities, the Motorola P50 comes with a dual rear camera setup including a 48MP main sensor and a 5MP depth sensor. On the front, it sports a 25MP camera for taking selfies and video calling. Powering it is a powerful 3,500 mAh battery, supporting 15W Turbo Charge rapid charging tech. Other connectivity options include a headphone jack, USB-C port, dual SIM, NFC, A-GPS, Bluetooth v5.0, Wifi, and 4G LTE.
