It is not always easy to deal with a company’s customer service and sometimes it can even be frustrated also. The smartphone industry is where users need good customer service the most, especially with such high users in India. Your patience would be heavily tested when you try to deal with bad customer service. Sometimes, you will be made to wait or go around wasting a ton of time, and you can’t hold your back your temper anymore.

A similar case just happened to a man in Haryana. As can be seen on the video, the guy said that he came to Samsung’s service center to report an issue with his Samsung Galaxy A7, though the issue was not specified on the video.
He said that the service center promised that they would send him a replacement with within five to seven days. Unfortunately, he claimed that he had already waited two weeks without getting any replacement or any refund. Tired of running around and getting nothing but wait, he decided that he had enough of it.
He then smacked his Samsung Galaxy A7 down on the service center’s counter. Surprisingly, the phone appears to be quite solid as the phone seems to stay intact after being smacked down. However, it looks like the phone was damaged on the inside after that. It didn’t stay that way for too long as he then bent the phone worth around Rs. 19,000 in half before throwing it to the Samsung employee.
Even though it is always not recommended to do such a thing, it is still understandable for him to do so in this situation. Hopefully, he can still get a replacement after this video goes viral on the Internet and Samsung can improve its customer service to prevent it from ever happening again.
